The Event Project is Auckland based and works with New Zealand companies, SME’s, couples, individuals and families at any part of their event project journey. Whether it’s providing advice, coordinating a wedding, work function or full end-to-end planning and management, we provide a tailored service that meets your requirements and budget.
The Event Project’s founder, Jess, is an event professional, inspired by the art of connecting people. She thrives on seeing groups come together for a shared purpose that transforms the way people feel, through experiences. She plans and executes small, medium and large scale events fearlessly, without compromising style, budget and with a personalised service.
Behind the scenes, you’ll find Jess with run-sheet in hand, strapped with event arsenal* and comfy shoes. What you won’t see is her brain constantly churning over every single detail of your event; making what needs to happen happen and pre-empting anything that could possibly interrupt the flow of your event.
